Cancellation Policy – We require a 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment at no charge. With less than a 24-hour notice, we will do our best to fill the appointment, for which there would be no cancellation fee. If we are unable to fill the appointment due to late cancellation, the charge will be 50% of the scheduled appointment. If you do not call at least 2 business hours prior to the start of your appointment, and we are unable to fill the appointment due to the short notice, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals – We encourage you to arrive on time for your appointment so that you may receive the full length of the scheduled appointment. Late arrival on part of the client may result in a shortened length of appointment with a full appointment charge.

No shows – If you don’t call and don’t show up for your appointment before the scheduled start time, you will be charged for 100% of the scheduled appointment. If you were planning on using a Gift Certificate for the missed appointment, it will result in the loss of the total amount of the appointment out of the Gift Certificate.

Sickness – Massage/bodywork is not appropriate for an infectious or contagious illness. Sometimes a massage when you’re ill can make you feel much worse. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition for the sake of your personal health, that of the therapist, and other clients.  If you do not call at least 2 business hours prior to the start of your appointment, and we are unable to fill the appointment due to the short notice, there may be a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled appointment.

Gift Certificates/Gift Cards and Vouchers – Please remember to bring your Gift Certificate/Gift Card or voucher with you. These are the proof of payment required to redeem your massage. Without the G.C. present to verify the value, payment may be expected for the scheduled appointment.

I AUTHORIZE – As part of our cancellation policy, we require a credit card to be verified at the time of booking your appointment.  By booking an appointment with Creating a Sustainable You, you are authorizing any late cancellation charges. You will be given a voice call message prior to the charges.
